About Us

Penniall Project Management Limited is based in the Auckland area, and have been in the building industry for 41 years. No job is too small and our work is always of the highest standard. All work guaranteed. We do new homes, alterations, decks and deck reinstatements, kitchens and bathrooms, fences and retaining, rotten window replacement, rotten floors, etc. We aim to be very user friendly, and to make the job fun and not stressful. We will manage all subcontractors if required. We will get quotes and present them to you for approval, we will program the job to completion, letting all Sub trades know when they are required on site. We will vet all invoices before presenting them for payment. This is to ensure they have completed all work as per their quote, to an acceptable standard. We will let you know what decisions need to be made, and when,  and help you through this process by directing you to reputable suppliers and subcontractors. We have a team of all Sub trades that we have worked with for years.  You can either use our Sub trades, or select your own.
